The Physician Group Clinical Care Ratings shown in the Pay for Performance Report Card are a set of ten clinical measures which are taken from patient services data kept by physician groups and health plans. The measures are based only on the services of commercial HMO or Point of Service (POS) members who were physician group patients during 2008.
