San Francisco, December 23, 2010 -- Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation announced today the addition of Arnold Honick, MD, to its Women’s Health Center at 625 Steele Lane, Santa Rosa. Board-certified in radiology and family practice, Dr. Honick specializes in breast imaging/radiology and will provide a wide range of screening procedures using the latest equipment to ensure rapid and accurate diagnosis.
Dr. Honick previously served as Director of Breast Imaging at Seattle’s Inland Imaging and was Assistant Chief of Radiology and Director of the Women’s Center at Mercy Medical in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He received an M.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, and completed residencies in diagnostic radiology and family practice at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, California.
Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation provides breast imaging and support services including a 16-slice CT (Computerized Axial Tomography), 1.5 MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), Dedicated Breast MRI, Digital X-ray, and Fluoroscopy. Imaging results and physician notes are sent directly into patients’ electronic charts and are available to physicians across the Foundation using the Epic electronic health record.
