Working together for a lifetime of health. That sums up my medical philosophy. Promoting your health, and helping you respond to illness, is my most important priority. This is a partnership in which we both have important roles. I expect to be a trusted advisor, a skillful navigator of the medical system, and your assistant in these important tasks, but I can't make you healthy. It takes your commitment to follow advice, work hard at a healthy lifestyle, and seek out ways that you can improve your own health. Together, we can do very powerful things. At just about every visit I try to update the important tasks we need to do, based on your age, sex, and history, to insure that you stay as healthy as possible. I do my best to guide that advice by the best medical evidence, which often conflicts with the latest fad, but I'll try to explain why that is so. I look forward to serving you.
