As a medical foundation, we provide our physicians with an infrastructure for administrative and operational support (office management and staff, billing services, contract negotiation, risk management, etc.), allowing doctors to focus on the practice of medicine. We provide care through affiliations with three medical groups, divided by geography:

• San Francisco County: Physician Foundation Medical Associates
• Marin County: Marin Headlands Medical Group
• Sonoma and Lake County: Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods

We are also aligned with San Francisco-based Brown & Toland Physicians (HMO Network).
