Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the practice of cultivating non-judgmental awareness of day-to-day life. It helps people develop the ability to experience each moment, no matter how difficult or intense, with serenity and clarity.
MBSR is based on the methods of Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. It is internationally recognized as a powerful tool to help address chronic conditions such as heart disease, pain, auto-immune disorders, anxiety and depression, cancer and diabetes.
