Our neurology team offers evaluation, diagnostic testing and treatment of adults with neurological disease. Our board-certified neurologists and neurosurgeons provide general neurology services, as well as expertise in epilepsy, neuromuscular disease, stroke and neurosurgery.
Our neurologists and neurosurgeon doctors deliver neurology care in San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma counties.
Neurologic Conditions for Which We Provide Care:
- Any neurologic condition for which an opinion is needed
- Electrophysiologic testing (EMG, EEG, and evoked potentials)
- All disorders of muscle and peripheral nerve
- Painful disorders of the nervous system
- Headache and migraine
- Memory difficulties and memory loss
- Multiple sclerosis and other disorders of weakness,
- Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders of weakness, gait or sensation
- Stroke, aneurysm and cerebrovascular disease management

Neuropsychology Services:
Our neuropsychologists study the function of the brain in neurological and psychiatric disorders. They provide diagnostic services that aid in the diagnosis and treatment planning in a variety of conditions, such as dementia and other memory disorders, epilepsy, stroke, brain tumor, head injury, learning disabilities, and attention deficit disorder. Evaluation of cognitive and emotional functions are conducted to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning and to make recommendations regarding work, school, and to assist with rehabilitation and decisions regarding the need for support services. The evaluation normally requires one-half to one full day and involves an interview, and the administration of standardized tests. Most forms of insurance are accepted but some insurance plans either limit or do not cover testing for learning disability, and attention deficit disorder.
